Easy No Bake Dessert: Strawberry Creme Cake

Regardless if the weather is hot or not, sometimes it is just nice to make an easy no-bake dessert to serve the family after dinner.

This Strawberry Creme Cake is just that, super easy and requires no baking. My girls helped me make this cake and they really enjoyed it.

NO BAKE STRAWBERRY CREME CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 can La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 fresh strawberries, cut into thin slices.
• 1 loaf of angel food cake

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl add condensed, vanilla pudding, and vanilla.
2. Mix until mixture is of a frosting consistency (add a little milk if too thick)
3. Cut loaf of angel food cake into three equal layers.
4. Frost bottom layer of cake with whipped mixture and top evenly with strawberry slices.
5. Add the second layer and repeat step 4.
6. Add the last layer of cake and frost entire cake.
7. Decorate with remaining strawberries.
8. You can eat it now, but it is best if chilled for at least an hour.

Slice and enjoy.
